OJ was founded in 2022 by residents and friends of the Historic Eastside (Outeast) Neighborhood to help  promote the restoration and revitalization of this Historic African American community Most of our vehicles utilized are luxury six seat golf carts It is the BEST way to see Eastside and Jacksonville's Urban Core Neighborhoods.
